Arseny Dubinsky is a
As a litigation attorney, Arseny spends 90% of his time in court and participates in over 100 hearings each year.
In Moscow, family law cases are handled by a relatively small group of judges. Arseny has appeared before each of them dozens of times, which allows him to tailor his approach to each judge and significantly improves the chances of a favorable outcome.
His primary area of expertise is child custody. Arseny is widely regarded as one of the leading experts in securing custody for fathers through the Russian courts. In 2024 alone, he successfully helped 9 out of 11 fathers gain custody of their children, in cases involving children ranging from 2 to 16 years old.
In addition to courtroom work, Arseny prepares legal documents, advises clients on child support and divorce procedures, and leads the firm’s Child Custody Disputes team. He also mentors summer interns participating in GK Legal’s training programs.
Before joining GK Legal, Arseny worked at several prominent Russian law firms where he headed the family and inheritance law practices.
He graduated with distinction from Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL), where he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in family law. He is currently preparing to pursue a PhD in law.
