Agreement on the Processing of Personal Data

1. General Provisions

1.1. Individual Entrepreneur Kirill Sergeyevich Gavrilichev (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) considers the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms one of the most important conditions for carrying out its activities.

1.2. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website gk-legal.ru. Personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data.”

2. Basic Terms Used in This Policy

3. Personal Data That May Be Processed by the Operator

3.3. User’s last name, first name, and patronymic.

3.4. The website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including “cookie” files) using web analytics services located in the Russian Federation (Yandex Metrica, VK Advertising, and others).

4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator via email at kg@gk-legal.ru, or by postal mail to the address: 125040, Moscow, Leningradsky Prospect, 34A, Alcon Tower, Floors 8–9, marked “Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing.”

7. Final Provisions

7.1. The User may obtain any clarifications regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at kg@gk-legal.ru, or by postal mail to the address: 125040, Moscow, Leningradsky Prospect, 34A, Alcon Tower, Floors 8–9.

7.2. Any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. In the case of significant changes, the User may be notified via the email address they provided.
