Daniil Oreshnikov

Biography

Daniil Oreshnikov ranks among Russia’s foremost legal experts in family law. with a particular focus on complex asset division, child support disputes, and high-conflict custody cases.

Daniil combines deep theoretical knowledge with extensive hands-on litigation experience. He has an excellent command of case law from Moscow and Central Russia, expertly applies Supreme Court rulings, and confidently navigates relevant legislation and regulations. Known as a strong legal strategist, Daniil can often predict the likely outcome of a case before it even reaches court. He leads GK Legal’s Asset Division practice group.

Daniil represents clients in court on a daily basis, oversees the preparation of legal filings, and mentors junior lawyers and summer interns.

Before joining GK Legal, Daniil worked in the public sector as a litigation attorney. He graduated from the Russian State University of Justice, where he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law. He has since continued his professional development through various advanced legal training programs in Russia.
