Anton Tolochko

Biography

Anton Tolochko is a highly specialized expert in family law. His core areas of focus include divorce proceedings, child support claims, child custody disputes, and cases involving the establishment or contesting of paternity.

Anton brings a unique perspective to litigation thanks to his insider’s knowledge of the Russian judicial system. Every court case comes with hidden complexities, and a lawyer who can’t navigate them risks long delays or unfavorable outcomes. Anton’s courtroom experience gives him a deep understanding of judicial procedures and the psychology of judges-insights he effectively leverages to protect his clients’ interests.

Anton regularly represents clients in court, prepares procedural documents, and advises on divorce, child support, and paternity issues. He also leads the junior team in GK Legal’s Child Support Disputes practice.

Before joining GK Legal, Anton worked for many years as a judicial assistant at the Moscow Regional Court.

He graduated from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN), one of the country’s leading law schools.
